CBD Queen has eight years of trading, strong reviews, real founder stories and a differentiated Workplace Wellbeing proposition. What it does not yet have is a repeatable way to put that proposition in front of the right buyers at scale.

Today, wholesale growth depends on Lisa manually emailing companies one by one, and organic visibility has not recovered from the earlier SEO damage. Both are fixable, but neither scales by hand.

This proposal sets out a single growth system that turns the Workplace Wellbeing offer into a consistent flow of sample requests, calls and accounts. It starts by winning back the customers you already have, then combines targeted prospect data, automated and personalised email at volume, LinkedIn outreach and content built around Mark and Lisa, a dedicated Workplace Wellbeing landing page as the one conversion destination, and a programmatic SEO engine to rebuild organic traffic over time.

It is delivered as a managed monthly retainer and phased deliberately, so the fastest cash-generating channels go live first and the slower-burn organic work compounds in the background.

Replace manual outreach. Take the work Lisa does by hand and run it as automated, personalised campaigns across email and LinkedIn.

Create a single conversion point. A focused Workplace Wellbeing landing page that every campaign drives toward, built to capture sample requests and calls.

Rebuild durable organic traffic. A programmatic SEO engine to recover and grow rankings over the following 6 to 12 months.

Move stock and build cash flow quickly. Prioritise the channels that put the offer in buyers' hands soonest.

3Strategic Focus

Lead with Workplace and Enterprise Wellbeing. It is the differentiated, less-contested route, and it is where CBD Queen is already strongest.

Most CBD brands chase the same retail and reseller stocking. The Workplace Wellbeing angle is a genuine USP: it speaks to employers about stress, sleep, burnout and productivity, it aligns with the workplace wellbeing brand you have already built, and it targets buyers with budgets set aside specifically for staff wellbeing. The founder stories, the eight-year trading history, the reviews and the awards all support this position rather than the generic one.

Primary route

Workplace / Enterprise Wellbeing Packs, sold to employers and people leaders, with LinkedIn as the main lead channel and one dedicated landing page and offer.

Secondary segments

The same system can also run B2B email campaigns to gyms, wellness hubs, independent health shops and pharmacies to stock your products. We think the corporate route is the strongest place to start, but it is the same engine pointed at a different audience, so if you ever want to pivot or add a demographic, we can switch focus without rebuilding anything.

The primary focus on Workplace Wellbeing was agreed on our call. The specific first vertical within it (for example call centres and sales teams) and the order of secondary segments are our recommendations to confirm at kickoff, not fixed commitments.

Minimum term
3 months on the standard rate, or 6 months for the lower committed rate. The minimum matters because this needs time to work. LinkedIn is the main lead source for B2B corporate targeting, and its algorithm rewards consistent activity that builds over weeks, not days. The network, the conversations and your organic visibility all compound, so judging it after a fortnight would be premature.
Infrastructure
All software, data, sending and AI running costs are included in the retainer. No separate tool bills.
Product samples
Physical sample stock sent to prospects is CBD Queen's own cost.
Scaling
Pace can be increased at any time by moving up a level or adding a delivery block.
Beyond this plan
The retainer is not locked to this build. Once the core engine is running, the same hours can be pointed at whatever the business needs next: the chatbot, WhatsApp, new tools or other builds. We are here to build what the business needs, not just this plan.

Figures are presented for review. Final retainer level and start date to be confirmed before the engagement begins.

8Out of Scope

To keep the engagement clear, the following sit outside what Cold Lava owns. Some we can advise on; none we manage.

Social content production. Filming and editing for TikTok and Instagram stays with CBD Queen. We can advise on tools and scheduling.

Amazon storefront and Novel Foods compliance. Setup and management of the Amazon store, and food compliance, are not ours to own.

Paid advertising. We do not manage Meta, Google or LinkedIn ad budgets, particularly given CBD ad restrictions. Organic and automation are the recommended route.

Inbound lead follow-up. Responding to leads, taking calls and closing accounts stays with CBD Queen. The system delivers the leads; the team works them.

9Assumptions & Responsibilities

A few things sit on CBD Queen's side and are needed for the system to perform. We will help shape them, but they are yours to own.

Define the Wellbeing Pack
Contents, tiers and pricing of the Workplace and Enterprise Wellbeing Packs. We can help structure the options, but the offer is your product. Needed to finalise the landing page and campaign calls to action.
Site and subdomain access
Access to set up the landing page on a subdomain, or a nominated developer to handle it from our copy and structure.
Marketing compliance sign-off
Final approval of all outward copy rests with CBD Queen. We write to wellbeing and lifestyle positioning and avoid medical or efficacy claims, in line with advertising and food rules.
Lead response
A commitment to respond to inbound leads and sample requests within an agreed timeframe, so the pipeline converts rather than goes cold.
Brand assets
Decks, Trustpilot, awards and founder stories are already provided and will be reused. Workplace-specific case studies and lead magnets will be created as part of the work.
